Donkey Xote is a 2007 Spanish-Italian 3D computer-animated children's adventure comedy film produced by Fabio Massimo Cacciatori, Filmax International, Lumiq Studios and Julio Fernández.
Narrates the "true" story of the Cervantes adventure from the point of view of the donkey Rucio.
I've worked with other 4 people on the development of all the visual effects on the film. We started working with Houdini and than we moved to XSI. The process involved also the precomposition of the effects and some animations.
