FCA Bank is a finance company created from a joint venture between Fiat Chrysler Automobiles and Crédit Agricole. Due to their recent evolution as a regular bank, they have chosen Arc Worldwide to design their new digital identity and their new corporate website.
Our task was to consolidate their online presence by designing and developing a new responsive platform that can operate globally and locally. We designed the new brand guidelines and studied a customer experience consistent through the whole journey.
CREATE A BRAND NEW EXPERIENCE
We started the design process after a first data analysis. We focused on improving the perception of the brand and on designing an experience more similar to the world of the mobile apps.
As ACD I directed and coordinated the whole team: an Information Architect, an Art Director, a Digital Designer and a Content Manager. I've been involved from the first phase, studying the concept and the strategy. I personally designed the UX/IxD/UI of the option that won the pitch.

A new color identity has been studied to simplify the digital identity of FCA Bank. With three levels of operations - Holding's site, Market's sites, Brand's sites - and two differents targets, this palette must be adaptable to every declination without losing the consistency with the main brand.
